The state of the art in recent asphalt shingle underlayment advances, SHARKSKIN COMP™ is 100% polypropylene product with a 6 month UV exposure rating. It is a tough nailable polymer underlayment.
Thermally stable with a melting point of 320° F, this wind resistant, reinforced product is approved as an alternate to Type 15 and Type 30 roofing felts.
